SPANISH COLONIAL HYBRID
The Spanish Colonial hybrid abode is based on the architecture of the Spanish colonization of North and South Americas. Its exterior is a wonderful mix of curves and arches, white stucco and painted tiles. One of its highlighted features are the terracotta roof tiles that give the residence a warm, earthy, rustic look on its multi-level roof line. With this style of home no detail is too small as it hosts tower-like chimneys and romantic balconies as well as meticulous ornamental iron work in the railings and gates.
