Exemplified by the geometric features, this Art Deco abode was inspired by the Landmark Theatre in New York and Niagara Mohawk facade. The exterior, founded on mathematical geometric shapes is enhanced by the formal landscape and gardens with water fountains and visual artistic touches. It has large expanses of windows, metal ornamentation and stone carvings that are indicative to this style of architecture. The interior is warm and inviting with traditional Art Deco materials such dark wood paneling, lacquer and crystal with stepped forms, sweeping curves and patterned textured surfaces.
